Jazz is a class to let your body move and your mind go. Learning weekly routines to the songs you know and love, this class offers style, sass and a way to keep fit. The class will start with a full warm-up before the routine section of the class.
This longer style workshop class allows more time to focus on the routine and choreographic section of the class. It also gives you an extra half an hour to have a good workout!

Please note that session passes cannot be used for workshop classes. (Unless you email the office manually and they can facilitate the credit deduction. You can then be invoiced for the remaining fee)
