Our Ex-Dancer class is perfect for those who have previous dance training and a strong foundation to work from. The class is fast-paced and will keep you audition fit and ready with a full warm-up and weekly routines in a range of styles from Commercial to Cabaret.
The class is suitable for fully trained dancers or those with lots of past experience looking to get their strength, fitness and flexibility back. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly and welcomes dancers of all ages. Take the lead and get yourself back into class.
