Dance fit fusion is an exciting blend of dance styles mixed with strengthening exercises and Pilates to create a fun way of moving and improving your body to a fantastic soundtrack.
Each track focuses on a different fitness element from lower body to core to cardiovascular fitness it’s a full-body workout.
You can also have childcare for an extra £6 so that you can drop your little one in soft play over the session! The perfect opportunity for some 'me time'.
