Beginner/Inter Adult Jazz technique

This technical Jazz class is pefect for those adults who want to secure a better dance technique whilst having fun! This will enable a better performance level across all generes so it's not a class to be missed! The class will start with a full warm-up, focus on strength and flexibility, and fundamental travelling steps which are the building blocks to choreography.
