Adult Inter/Adv Level Ballet

Adult Ballet is the perfect way to ease yourself into the studio and take a step into the world of classical dance. The class includes a traditional Ballet barre warm-up to wake the muscles and joints up, before moving on to centre practice and finishing with a light stretch and cool down.

Ballet allows your mind and body to stay active and it is our belief that it is never too late to give it a go. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming for all! This session is ideal for those who've attended ballet before as it's an inter/adv level. We also have a beginner session on Tuesday for newcomers.
