Start your morning right with a booty burning HIIT workout with April. Jump straight in to get your heart rate pumping, and burn off those calories to the best work out tunes! This invigorating workout will last for 30 minutes before you can switch pace with the wonderful Sam.
Yogi Sam will then lead a calming, breath lead movement practice. In this slow session you’ll be guided to tap into the transformational power of your breath, letting it set the pace for meditative movement. Sam will end the morning with a share a short sound bath to deepen your sense of relaxation and calm.
