Adult commercial/ hip-hop is a feel-good class that includes exercises and dance moves that will allow you to look and feel fantastic. Dancing to today’s hottest hits, this class is designed for participants to have fun while also learning something new. You'll learn the latest moves in the style of a backing dancer from music videos and concerts, keeping you up to date with this very current genre of dance!
The class will begin with a full warm-up and challenge you with a short combination each week. The atmosphere is friendly and feel-good and welcomes all ages, so come along and let your hair down!
