Hip-hop is a feel-good class that includes exercises and dance moves that will allow you to look and feel fantastic! Dancing to a variety of music from throw-back tunes to today’s hottest hits, this class is designed for participants to have fun while also learning something new. Intricate, sharp movements will help build strength and stamina, so it will also be a brilliant workout!
