Adult Commercial (Cowley)

Adult commercial/ hip-hop is a feel-good class that includes exercises and dance moves that will allow you to look and feel fantastic. Dancing to a variety of music from throw-back tunes to today’s hottest hits, this class is designed for participants to have fun while also learning something new. This is the kind of dancing you see on TV, with backing dancers and in arena performances with the biggest music artists- so it's a fantastic style you'll recognise!

The class will begin with a full warm-up and challenge you with a short combination each week. The atmosphere is friendly and feel-good and welcomes all ages, so come along, let your hair down and dance the night away.
