Intermediate adult commercial

Intermediate adult commercial is a feel-good class that includes exercises and dance moves that will allow you to look and feel fantastic. Dancing to a variety of music from throw-back tunes to today’s hottest hits, this class is designed for participants who have dance experience behind them, but who aren't yet ready for an advanced session.

The class will begin with a full warm-up and challenge you with a short combination each week. The atmosphere is friendly and feel-good and welcomes all ages, so come along, let your hair down and dance the night away.
