Tuesday 12th August: 4pm-5.30pm: MPDA STUDIOS
We are incredibly excited to welcome Ed to our MPDA studios! Ed is an incredible dancer and teacher, and he will be offering our dancers a groove style warm up to build up a sweat, followed by some stylised dance exercises. From there, Ed will teach a feel-good routine which will help promote confidence and performance.
