Adult Ballet is the perfect way to ease yourself into the studio and take a gentle step into the world of Ballet. The class includes a traditional Ballet barre warm-up to wake the muscles and joints up, before moving on to centre practice and finishing with a light stretch and cool down.
Whether you are easing yourself back into Ballet or trying it out for the very first time, then this is the class for you. Ballet allows your mind and body to stay active and it is our belief that it is never too late to give it a go. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and welcomes all ages and abilities.
