Lyrical is a beautiful style of dance that incorporates ballet, jazz and free movement in one, allowing dancers to express emotion and strength in their movements. This style encourages dancers to show off their individuality, according to how they wish to express emotion to the music.
The workshop will start with an indepth warm up, to help discover the use of breath and weight into movement. This will be followed by some dynamic travelling steps, before delving into a brilliantly choreographed routine. We hope that you can join us! This workshop will be held with our wonderful alumni student: Sophie!
