For students who are either already on pointe or who are nearing the stage when they are about to buy their first pair of pointe shoes! Miss April will focus on strengthening the lower leg and feet to ensure maximum stability in the shoes. Lots of rises, retires, foot articulation and metatarsal exercises can be expected, which will also inevitably assist with dance technique!
