Pre-pointe/Pointe Work

For students who are either already on pointe or who are nearing the stage when they are about to buy their first pair of pointe shoes! Miss Maryna will focus on strengthening the lower leg and feet to ensure maximum stability in the shoes. Lots of rises, retires, foot articulation and metatarsal exercises can be expected, which will also inevitably assist with dance technique!

Also to note- we pride ourselves on having an exceptional staff team, with impressive credentials and a professional manner. Teacher changes may occasionally happen due to unavoidable absences, but please be reassured that who ever steps in to cover the class will be just as fantastic!
